Subscription and billing
GitSignal offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Plans are based on credit usage and seat count. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Data and intellectual property
You retain all rights to your code and data. GitSignal does not claim ownership of your repositories, commits, or any content you provide. The insights, reports, and metrics generated by GitSignal are provided for your use under your subscription.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (GitHub, cloud providers).
Limitation of liability
GitSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are estimates and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
